All products purchased on our website must be done so for personal use and without the intention for resale. 
 

Payment  

Once an order form has been submitted, we will email an invoice including postage and packaging charges and  will also give an estimated completion, shipping and arrival date. Once an invoice has been sent, payment must be made within 48 hours. 

Fine Iron Design accept payment through bank transfer upon receipt of invoice. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment via cheques, cash or postal orders.

Returns policy  
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage or defect. Upon review, we will be able to issue a refund or replacement product. We may ask for the product to be returned to us and will cover the cost of this.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any other reasons.
